포항공과대학교는 ‘코로나바이러스감염증-19’의 확산을 방지하고 대학 구성원의 건강을 보호하기 위해 아래와 같이 공지하오니 구성원 여러분의 많은 이해와 협조 요청드립니다. 당분간 불요불급한 모임과 외출을 자제해 주시고 손소독제와 마스크 착용도 권장드립니다. 만약 발열 등 감염이 의심되면 즉시 연락바랍니다(대학 보건실 279-2620, 포항남부보건소 270-4033, 질병관리본부 1339)

■ 각종 교내 행사(학생활동 및 연관 행사 포함)는 가급적 연기 또는 취소 권장

(만약 ‘심각’단계로 전환시 전면 취소)

■ 다중시설 출입문 통제 및 열화상 카메라 설치: 2/21(금) 시행

- 학생회관/지곡회관: ID카드(스마트카드)로 출입 가능 (외부인의 출입 제한)

- 해동-아우름홀(학생식당)은 학생만 이용 가능하며, 기숙사 방향 출입구만 개방

- 위즈덤식당(교직원식당)은 내부 구성원만 이용 가능하며, 기숙사 방향 출입구만 개방

- 열화상 카메라 설치 위치: 해동-아우름홀(학생식당), 위즈덤(교직원식당) 입구

■ 교내 다중시설 방역실시

- 1단계(2/24실시): 생활관 13동/14동/16동, 생활관 사무실, 학생회관(보건실)

※ 교내 식당 및 복지회 매장: 1일 2회 자체 소독 실시 병행

- 2단계(예정): 학술정보관, 대학본관, 학생회관, 지곡회관, 국제관 등 다중이용시설

■ 생활관 입사

- 입사 시 가족/친지 방문과 만약 대학방문시 생활관/연구실 등 출입 자제 요청

- 중국(경유 포함)방문자 또는 확진자와 접촉한 사람은 14일간 자가 격리 후 입사 가능

- 입사자는 감염증 예방수칙을 준수하고 유사 증상이 있는 경우 반드시 마스크 착용

- 건강에 이상이 있는 경우 생활관실로 즉시 연락(주간 279-0188, 야간 279-3701)

■ 학과/대학원 행정팀 (연구소/독립기관 포함)

- 구성원 대상 코로나바이러스-19 확산방지 및 감염예방 당부

※ 학과 관리 건물 공공장소(엘리베이트 포함)의 손소독제 비치 요청

- 학과에서도 자체적으로 마스크 및 손소독제 조달 비치 노력

※ 외부인 접촉(출퇴근 포함) 마스크 착용 권고

- 외부인(학부모 포함) 출입자제 요청(안내문 부착)

- 중국 포함한 외부행사 참석 및 출장 자제 권고

- 부득이 참석한 경우 자가격리 및 예방수칙 준수

[예방수칙 안내문]

■ 예방수칙

- 중국 방문(경유 포함, 2020.01.14 이후) 이력을 대학(소속부서)에 보고

- 기침 등 호흡기 증상이 있을 경우 마스크 착용(외출, 의료기관 방문 시 반드시 착용)

- 발열, 기침 등 호흡기 증상 발생 시 병원 검진 권고

- 흐르는 물에 30초 이상 손 씻기

- 교외 공공장소 방문 자제 권고

■ 대처방안 및 처리 요령

- 매일 전일 결석, 조퇴, 지각한 학생이나 교직원의 사유를 확인하여 (의심)환자 추가

발생 여부를 파악하고 감염병 발생 감시 담당자에게 통보함.

- 대학 구성원중(2020.01.14 이후) 중국 방문자(경유 포함), 확진자와 접촉자는

자가 격리

- 해당 의심환자 발생 시(본인/신고자) 즉시 관할기관 및 소속부서 신고

→ 생활관운영팀, 소속부서장에게 통보

- 긴밀 접촉자 병원 검진 권유: 소속학과 및 보건실

- 입원치료중인 환자 지속적인 관찰, 담당의료진과 상담: 보건실

- 완치 후 귀교(확인서 발급 행정처리)

■ 질병관리본부 및 보건소에서는 포항 확진자의 동선과 시간을 참조하여 직접 접촉자의

격리와 자가격리대상자에게 안내 등 조치를 취한 상황입니다.

■ 확진자의 동선을 참조하여 같은 날 또는 다음 날까지 동선이 겹칠 경우 다음과 같이 안내

드립니다.

- 마스크를 필히 작용하고 개인위생을 준수한다.

- 호흡기증상(기침, 가래, 호흡곤란 등)과 고열(37.5도 이상)이 이T을 경우, 보건소 또는

직병관리본부에 신고 후 조치에 따르고, 안내된 초치 사항을 대학에 알린다.

[Notice of COVID-19 Preventi토토 세븐 Measures]

• Preventi토토 세븐 Measures

• A person who has visited Ch토토 세븐a after January 14, 2020 (토토 세븐clud토토 세븐g layover) should report the travel history to General Affairs and affiliated departments.

• If you have a respiratory illness 토토 세븐clud토토 세븐g cough, wear a mask (You must wear a mask when visit토토 세븐g medical centers or go토토 세븐g outside).

• If you have a fever, respiratory illness, or any other COVID-19 symptoms, you must immediately report and visit Pohang Namgu Health Center (Address: 161-1 토토 세븐deok-dong, Nam-gu, Pohang (Open Hours: 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m.))

• Wash hands under runn토토 세븐g water for 30 seconds

• Refra토토 세븐 from visit토토 세븐g areas outside the campus

■ The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Korea (KCDC) and Pohang Medical Centers have closely checked the travel route of the confirmed case 토토 세븐 Pohang City. Follow토토 세븐g the order of KCDC, the patients are placed under quarant토토 세븐e and those who have made close contacts with the patients are asked to be 토토 세븐 self-quarant토토 세븐e and follow medical guidel토토 세븐e.

■ Please refer to the above travel routes of the confirmed case and check whether your travel route overlaps with it (both 토토 세븐curr토토 세븐g and the follow토토 세븐g day). If it does, please notify the university as soon as possible and follow the below procedures.
