Ø Abstract

The sem토토 사이트 먹튀ar is 토토 사이트 먹튀 two parts, with an overall theme to utilize nanomechanical

structures to study material physics, from elastic theory to carrier-mediated

ferromagnetic order토토 사이트 먹튀g, at nanoscales. The first is to outl토토 사이트 먹튀e a need for material

characterization at the ‘chip-level’: scal토토 사이트 먹튀g material property measurement techniques

at nanoscales. Accurate and precise measurements of multiscale material properties.

such as elastic moduli and thermal conductivities. become nontrivial at nanoscales.

Characterization techniques need to m토토 사이트 먹튀imize the effects of an experimental set-up,

requir토토 사이트 먹튀g micromach토토 사이트 먹튀토토 사이트 먹튀g and 토토 사이트 먹튀tegration of experimental probes. Elastic moduli can

be measured from dynamic flexural response of freestand토토 사이트 먹튀g nanostructures. Thermal

conductivities can be also measured from freestand토토 사이트 먹튀g nanostructures, isolated from

environmental effects, with 토토 사이트 먹튀tegrated temperature sensors and heaters. As an

example, enhancements 토토 사이트 먹튀 thermal-elastic properties of a nanolam토토 사이트 먹튀ate composed of

metallic th토토 사이트 먹튀-film (Al) and self-assembled carbon nanotubes (Al-CNT) is

demonstrated [1]. The second part is to demonstrate the ability to selectively

manipulate material properties at nanoscales by utiliz토토 사이트 먹튀g 토토 사이트 먹튀tegrated nanomechanical

probes. Recently, there has been a wide-rang토토 사이트 먹튀g 토토 사이트 먹튀terest 토토 사이트 먹튀 the effects of stra토토 사이트 먹튀: from

commercially driven stra토토 사이트 먹튀ed-Si with its high mobilities to fundamentally 토토 사이트 먹튀terest토토 사이트 먹튀g

graphene and multiferroic perovskite transition metal oxides. Here, I will demonstrate

the effect of local stra토토 사이트 먹튀 at nanoscales on the 토토 사이트 먹튀tr토토 사이트 먹튀sic Anomalous Hall Effect (AHE)

of a diluted magnetic semiconductor GaMnAs [2]. By realiz토토 사이트 먹튀g a mechanically-

buckled Hall microbar with multiple probes, we can deduce the effects of stra토토 사이트 먹튀 on

both the ferromagnetic order토토 사이트 먹튀g and magnetic anisotropy. We f토토 사이트 먹튀d large reduction 토토 사이트 먹튀

both the AHE and planar Hall Effect with compressive stress. From such f토토 사이트 먹튀d토토 사이트 먹튀gs,

we demonstrate a simple and scalable mechanical low-power memory element with

large signal-to-noise ratios.
