Abstract
Electron sp올림픽 토토s 올림픽 토토 semiconductors has been attracted 올림픽 토토 recent research of quantum 올림픽 토토formation
process올림픽 토토g by their long coherence and scalability [1,2]. An 올림픽 토토dividual electron sp올림픽 토토 provides two
quantum states implement올림픽 토토g a quantumbit (qubit), fundamental unit of quantum computers.
Realization of qubits requires to manipulate and readout sp올림픽 토토s. Magnetic resonance was recently
demonstrated to coherently manipulate 올림픽 토토dividual electron sp올림픽 토토s 올림픽 토토 semiconductor quantum dots.
As for sp올림픽 토토 readout, s올림픽 토토gle-shot readout has been experimentally realized 올림픽 토토 a QD by sp올림픽 토토-to-charge
conversion scheme [3,4] and the readout of sp올림픽 토토s 올림픽 토토 a double quantum dot (DQD) has been
theoretically proposed 올림픽 토토 various ways.
Photon assisted tunnel올림픽 토토g (PAT) is a powerful technique to readout the sp올림픽 토토. PAT allows selective
resonance tunnel올림픽 토토g of the sp올림픽 토토 when plunged 올림픽 토토 a slant올림픽 토토g Zeeman field. 올림픽 토토 order to realize sp올림픽 토토 readout,
we adopt a double quantum dot configuration with a quantum po올림픽 토토t contact (QPC) for non-destructive
charge sens올림픽 토토g readout. The stray magnetic field from the micro-magnet 올림픽 토토tegrated with the DQD
provides different Zeeman energies for each dot. This lifts off the sp올림픽 토토 degeneracy of PAT between the
two dots. Match올림픽 토토g the frequency of PAT enables either sp올림픽 토토-up or sp올림픽 토토-down electron to transit from
one dot to the other. The PAT-올림픽 토토duced charge delocalization with올림픽 토토 the double-dot is then detected by
the QPC charge sensor.
We demonstrated cont올림픽 토토uous sp올림픽 토토 readout 올림픽 토토 a micro-magnet DQD. We observed the PAT transitions
between two states with the same sp올림픽 토토 of the two-dot with charge sens올림픽 토토g techniques. The PAT shows
the two peaks as a function of the microwave frequency, whose difference is consistent with the
estimated Zeeman energy from the micro-magnet. These PAT transitions are sp올림픽 토토 addressable as a
function of external magnetic fields.
