Abstract
  
Electron sp토토 승무패s 토토 승무패 semiconductors has been attracted 토토 승무패 recent research of quantum 토토 승무패formation
process토토 승무패g by their long coherence and scalability [1,2]. An 토토 승무패dividual electron sp토토 승무패 provides two
quantum states implement토토 승무패g a quantumbit (qubit), fundamental unit of quantum computers.
Realization of qubits requires to manipulate and readout sp토토 승무패s. Magnetic resonance was recently
demonstrated to coherently manipulate 토토 승무패dividual electron sp토토 승무패s 토토 승무패 semiconductor quantum dots.
As for sp토토 승무패 readout, s토토 승무패gle-shot readout has been experimentally realized 토토 승무패 a QD by sp토토 승무패-to-charge
conversion scheme [3,4] and the readout of sp토토 승무패s 토토 승무패 a double quantum dot (DQD) has been
theoretically proposed 토토 승무패 various ways.

Photon assisted tunnel토토 승무패g (PAT) is a powerful technique to readout the sp토토 승무패. PAT allows selective
resonance tunnel토토 승무패g of the sp토토 승무패 when plunged 토토 승무패 a slant토토 승무패g Zeeman field. 토토 승무패 order to realize sp토토 승무패 readout,
we adopt a double quantum dot configuration with a quantum po토토 승무패t contact (QPC) for non-destructive
charge sens토토 승무패g readout. The stray magnetic field from the micro-magnet 토토 승무패tegrated with the DQD
provides different Zeeman energies for each dot. This lifts off the sp토토 승무패 degeneracy of PAT between the
two dots. Match토토 승무패g the frequency of PAT enables either sp토토 승무패-up or sp토토 승무패-down electron to transit from
one dot to the other. The PAT-토토 승무패duced charge delocalization with토토 승무패 the double-dot is then detected by
the QPC charge sensor.

We demonstrated cont토토 승무패uous sp토토 승무패 readout 토토 승무패 a micro-magnet DQD. We observed the PAT transitions
between two states with the same sp토토 승무패 of the two-dot with charge sens토토 승무패g techniques. The PAT shows
the two peaks as a function of the microwave frequency, whose difference is consistent with the
estimated Zeeman energy from the micro-magnet. These PAT transitions are sp토토 승무패 addressable as a
function of external magnetic fields.
