Abstract
Zinc oxide,토토 커뮤니티 순위a direct wide band gap (3.37 eV)토토 커뮤니티 순위semiconductor with large exciton토토 커뮤니티 순위binding energy (60 meV) at room temperature,토토 커뮤니티 순위has attracted a lot of interest in recent years due to its potential in applications in nanoscale electronics and optoelectronic devices.토토 커뮤니티 순위This talk will discuss synthesis an properties of zinc oxide nanostructured films, nonoparticles, nanowires and its polymer composites and hetrojunctions. The nanostructured ZnO films have토토 커뮤니티 순위been토토 커뮤니티 순위deposited토토 커뮤니티 순위using토토 커뮤니티 순위rf-magnetron토토 커뮤니티 순위sputtering토토 커뮤니티 순위technique토토 커뮤니티 순위whereas토토 커뮤니티 순위the토토 커뮤니티 순위ZnO nanowires have been synthesized by sol-gel technique.토토 커뮤니티 순위ZnO토토 커뮤니티 순위based토토 커뮤니티 순위inorganic/organic hetrojunctions have been prepared using α -NPD and PEDOT: PSS p-type semiconducting organic토토 커뮤니티 순위materials.토토 커뮤니티 순위Nano토토 커뮤니티 순위ZnO토토 커뮤니티 순위polymer토토 커뮤니티 순위composites토토 커뮤니티 순위have토토 커뮤니티 순위been synthesized using PANI and토토 커뮤니티 순위PVA토토 커뮤니티 순위polymers.토토 커뮤니티 순위Optical토토 커뮤니티 순위absorption토토 커뮤니티 순위in토토 커뮤니티 순위UV-visible토토 커뮤니티 순위range, photoluminescence and second harmonic generation studies have been carried out for optical토토 커뮤니티 순위characterization.토토 커뮤니티 순위The band gap (obtained from optical absorption) and photoluminescence exciton토토 커뮤니티 순위peak토토 커뮤니티 순위of토토 커뮤니티 순위ZnO토토 커뮤니티 순위nanostructured토토 커뮤니티 순위films토토 커뮤니티 순위prepared토토 커뮤니티 순위at토토 커뮤니티 순위different substrate temperatures showed a토토 커뮤니티 순위red토토 커뮤니티 순위shift토토 커뮤니티 순위which토토 커뮤니티 순위can토토 커뮤니티 순위not토토 커뮤니티 순위be토토 커뮤니티 순위fully토토 커뮤니티 순위explained토토 커뮤니티 순위in토토 커뮤니티 순위the framework of size effect and has been attributed to the relaxation of the induced intrinsic compressive stress. Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods are grown on glass substrates토토 커뮤니티 순위and these showed much enhanced second harmonic generation as compared to ZnO films.
