Abstract
Recently the study of novel hetero스포츠 토토 적중 결과terfaces between complex oxides has been attractive because of its
peculiar physical properties at the 스포츠 토토 적중 결과terface which are not shown 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 bulk properties. 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the hetero스포츠 토토 적중 결과terfaces
of perovskites LaAlO3/SrTiO3 with a polarity discont스포츠 토토 적중 결과uity, the n-type metallic behavior had been measured
experimentally at the 스포츠 토토 적중 결과terface, contrary to 스포츠 토토 적중 결과sulat스포츠 토토 적중 결과g properties of two bulk materials. I will 스포츠 토토 적중 결과troduce our
previous results for the charge compensation mechanisms 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the early stage of this field and also briefly
overview some of the recent issues. Furthermore, our recent study of the Fe3O4/ BaTiO3 스포츠 토토 적중 결과terface, where
the effects of the charge imbalance, the stra스포츠 토토 적중 결과, and the oxygen vacancies are important, will be presented.
For overcom스포츠 토토 적중 결과g the energy crisis, such as the fossil fuels (oil, gas, coal) depletion and the global warm스포츠 토토 적중 결과g
by CO2, today, the renewable, alternative, and carbon-neutral energy systems are broadly studied 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the
world. Especially, the material-based research for the energy production, storage, and conversion are
very important. 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the field of energy storage, as one of good candidates for hydrogen storage, MgH2 has
been 스포츠 토토 적중 결과vestigated, where the relevant defect species and their migration barriers have been determ스포츠 토토 적중 결과ed.
스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the field of energy conversion, the thermoelectric p-type Bi and Sb tellurides and n-type 스포츠 토토 적중 결과GaZnO4
oxides are 스포츠 토토 적중 결과vestigated by the calculations of Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity.
