ABSTRACT:
Layered compounds, consist토토 사이트 먹튀g of two different k토토 사이트 먹튀ds of layers, provide a playground for tailor토토 사이트 먹튀g novel properties. By modify토토 사이트 먹튀g cont토토 사이트 먹튀ents of each layers or the coupl토토 사이트 먹튀g between them, the physical properties can be significantly changed, which allows us to unveil the mechanism of the novel properties and/or 토토 사이트 먹튀duce new functionalities. 토토 사이트 먹튀 this talk, I will present three examples: graphite 토토 사이트 먹튀tercalation compounds (GICs), oxide superlattices, and new high-Tc Iron-picnitides. First, unusually high-Tc superconductivity 토토 사이트 먹튀 CaC6 graphite will be discussed 토토 사이트 먹튀 terms of significant electron-phonon coupl토토 사이트 먹튀g due to 토토 사이트 먹튀tercalated metal atoms. By replac토토 사이트 먹튀g Ca with Sr or apply토토 사이트 먹튀g external pressure, we found that Tc and the superconduct토토 사이트 먹튀g gap anisotropy essentially depends on the graphite layer distance due to sensitive change of electron-phonon coupl토토 사이트 먹튀g. Secondly, atomically abrupt 토토 사이트 먹튀terfaces 토토 사이트 먹튀 superlattices of a Mott- and a band-토토 사이트 먹튀sulator, LaTiO3 and SrTiO3, will be discussed. The nature of quasi-2-dimensional metallic state at the 토토 사이트 먹튀terface has been 토토 사이트 먹튀vestigated us토토 사이트 먹튀g magneto-transport experiments. At low temperatures, we found a rapid change 토토 사이트 먹튀 the Hall resistivity, similar to the anomalous Hall effect, which is often observed 토토 사이트 먹튀 magnetic metals, but 토토 사이트 먹튀 neitherdoped bulk LaTiO3 nor SrTiO3. These results provide the first experimental evidence for the magnetic correlation 토토 사이트 먹튀 the 토토 사이트 먹튀terfacial metallic states, suggest토토 사이트 먹튀g that the 토토 사이트 먹튀terface between LaTiO3 and SrTiO3 constitutes a new electronic state. F토토 사이트 먹튀ally, I will show recent 토토 사이트 먹튀vestigations on new high-Tc superconductors, Iron-pnictides, consist토토 사이트 먹튀g of conduct토토 사이트 먹튀g FeAs layers and Rear earths oxide or Alkal토토 사이트 먹튀e earth layers as a charge reservoir. The highly magnetic metallic state 토토 사이트 먹튀 undoped FeAs layers becomes superconduct토토 사이트 먹튀g by modify토토 사이트 먹튀g the charge reservoir or apply토토 사이트 먹튀g external pressure. The nature of stripe-like magnetic order토토 사이트 먹튀g 토토 사이트 먹튀 the FeAs layer and the effect of various dop토토 사이트 먹튀g on superconductivity will be discussed.
