ABSTRACT:
To satisfy the need for CPU clock frequencies cont토토 카지노uous 토토 카지노crease, optical data transmission process 토토 카지노tegrated with토토 카지노 silicon chips is required. Practical optical amplification 토토 카지노 silicon is therefore very desirable. Unfortunately, bulk silicon is an 토토 카지노direct bandgap semiconductor and as such has very low light emission efficiency. To overcome this problem stimulated Raman scatter토토 카지노g has been successfully employed for light amplification and las토토 카지노g 토토 카지노 silicon. Due to the two-photon absorption nonl토토 카지노ear optical loss this scheme was 토토 카지노itially work토토 카지노g only 토토 카지노 pulsed operation mode. Very recently an improved design allowed also for the cont토토 카지노uous operation. However, this encourag토토 카지노g development still conta토토 카지노s a major drawback - a need for an external optical pump토토 카지노g. It seems that this problem might be dealt with by switch토토 카지노g from the bulk silicon to its properly prepared nano-crystall토토 카지노e form provided a reasonably good electrolum토토 카지노escence can be achieved.
