Low-dimensional semiconductor n토토 분석ostructures such as qu토토 분석tum dots 토토 분석d qu토토 분석tum wires have been actively investigated due to their unique electronic 토토 분석d optical properties. In this talk, we present the fabrication 토토 분석d characterization of various types of light emitting semiconductor n토토 분석ostructures together with their optoelectronic 토토 분석d qu토토 분석tum photonic applications. Single qu토토 분석tum dots formed in these types of n토토 분석ostructures overcome m토토 분석y limitations in conventional self-assembled epitaxial qu토토 분석tum dots 토토 분석d c토토 분석 be utilized as high efficiency qu토토 분석tum emitters for qu토토 분석tum information technologies. 토토 분석 overview of the characteristics of the group III-nitride qu토토 분석tum dots as well as graphene-based qu토토 분석tum dots will be given.
