Nanoscale and 스포츠 토토 판매점 Photonics with Semiconductor Nanostructures

Low-dimensional semiconductor nanostructures such as 스포츠 토토 판매점 dots and 스포츠 토토 판매점 wires have been actively investigated due to their unique electronic and optical properties. In this talk, we present the fabrication and characterization of various types of light emitting semiconductor nanostructures together with their optoelectronic and 스포츠 토토 판매점 photonic applications. Single 스포츠 토토 판매점 dots formed in these types of nanostructures overcome many limitations in conventional self-assembled epitaxial 스포츠 토토 판매점 dots and can be utilized as high efficiency 스포츠 토토 판매점 emitters for 스포츠 토토 판매점 information technologies. An overview of the characteristics of the group III-nitride 스포츠 토토 판매점 dots as well as graphene-based 스포츠 토토 판매점 dots will be given.
