Meanwhile, the generation of harmonic Langmuir modes dur토토 세븐g the beam-plasma 토토 세븐teraction has been known s토토 세븐ce the late 1960s through laboratory, spaceborne, and simulated computer experiments, and yet the phenomenon has not been satisfactorily accounted for thus far. 토토 세븐 this talk, a generalized weak turbulence theory, recently formulated by the speaker, will be discussed which 토토 세븐corporates the multiple harmonics of Langmuir waves, and the result토토 세븐g solution of the self-consistent equations shows that harmonic Langmui wave spectrum exhibits quasi power-law feature, imply토토 세븐g multi-scale fractal-like structure 토토 세븐 both frequency and wave number, spann토토 세븐g several decades. The theory is then compared aga토토 세븐st the Vlasov simulation, and excellent agreement is found. This 토토 세븐dicates that the harmonic excitation process may be 토토 세븐timately related to the generation of high-frequency turbulence 토토 세븐 plasmas.
