l  기존 스포츠 토토 판매점의 문제점

§ 수강지도가 오프라인으로 이루어져 실제 스포츠 토토 판매점 내역과 지도 내역과의 차이가 발생한다는 문제점이 제기 됨.

§ 유사한 기능을 가진 스포츠 토토 판매점정정과 스포츠 토토 판매점취소의 반복과 ‘스포츠 토토 판매점취소원’ 제출로 인한 시간 및 노력 낭비에 대한 문제점 제기 됨.

§ 예비스포츠 토토 판매점이 당초의 기능을 하지 못하고 그 실효성에 대한 의문이 제기 됨.

l  주요변경사항

§ 정규학기 예비스포츠 토토 판매점폐지(계절학기는 유지)

§ 절차 간소화: 주임교수 승인 및 스포츠 토토 판매점(정정)원 학과 제출 절차 생략

§ 온라인화: 지도교수 승인의 온라인화(스포츠 토토 판매점원 출력 불필요/오프라인으로 승인 불필요)

§ 스포츠 토토 판매점정정과 스포츠 토토 판매점취소의 통합: 스포츠 토토 판매점 취소원 제출 불필요

§ 계절학기 Drop-Withdrawal로 변경:무책임한 Drop으로 인한 다른 학생들의 스포츠 토토 판매점기회 박탈 및 피해 방지

l  유의사항

§ 결재는 온라인 처리되나반드시 지도교수를 방문하여 스포츠 토토 판매점지도를 받아야 함.

§ 수강지도를 받지 않을 시 스포츠 토토 판매점이 반려처리 될 수 있음.

§ 스포츠 토토 판매점 기간 내에 스포츠 토토 판매점에 대한 지도교수 승인을 받지 못할 시에는모든 스포츠 토토 판매점 신청 내역이 삭제됨.

Changes in Course 스포츠 토토 판매점 Process and Schedules

l  Effective: Spring 2012

l  Approved by the Education Committee at the 4^thmeeting in 2010 (Nov. 11, 2010)

l  Purpose:To simplify the course 스포츠 토토 판매점 process and make it available online

l  Problems with the current process

§Currently, the course 스포츠 토토 판매점 counseling sessions are conducted offline, and the actual courses students register online may differ from the courses discussed with their advisor.

§Course drops are processed during both the 스포츠 토토 판매점 change (add/drop) period and the course drop period, and different forms are used in each period. Questions are raised on the efficiency of having two periods and forms.

§The Preliminary 스포츠 토토 판매점 has failed to serve its intended purpose and is considered unnecessary and ineffective.

l  Major changes

§No more Preliminary 스포츠 토토 판매점 for regular semesters (but continues for Summer and Winter sessions)

§Simplified procedure:No need to submit the Department Head’s Approval and the Course 스포츠 토토 판매점 (Change) Forms to the department office.

§Online approval:Academic advisors can approve students’ course 스포츠 토토 판매점s online. (Students do not need to print out and obtain approval on the Course 스포츠 토토 판매점 Form.)

§스포츠 토토 판매점 Change and Course Drop Combined:Students may add/drop courses during the 스포츠 토토 판매점 change period only. (No additional course drop period.)

l  All drops in the Summer and the Winter sessions will be treated as withdrawalsto prevent students from registering in classes without true intention to take.

l  Important notes

§Studentsmust consult their academic advisor before registering for classes online.

§If a student fails to consult his/her advisor, the스포츠 토토 판매점 he/she submitted online may not be processed.

§If a student fails to obtain his/her advisor’s approval on the course 스포츠 토토 판매점 within the 스포츠 토토 판매점 period,the 스포츠 토토 판매점 will be deleted from the system.

§Students whose GPA from the preceding semester is 3.4 or higher may register for additional credits in excess of the semester maximum through their department office and obtaining approval from their academic advisor online.

l  Changes in Spring 2012 Course 스포츠 토토 판매점 Schedule
