4. 기타

   가. 학생은  POVIS에서 처리결과 및 결재 진행상태를 항상 확인 가능하며,

       최종 승인 결과(승인 or 반려)를 E-Mail과 문자로 통보 받는다.

       반드시 전과전 지도교수, 주임교수를 방문하여 면담을 하고,

       진행상태를 POVIS에서 계속 확인하여야 한다.

for Spring 2011

1. Application Period: Tuesday, Feb. 8 - Tuesday, Mar. 8 (four weeks)

  (Note: 토토 사이트 순위 of major must be completed before the end of the course

2. Eligibility

   A. Undergraduates: Students who are in their third, fourth or fifth semester of study as

                      of Spring 2011

      (Exception: Students who were admitted without a declared 토토 사이트 순위 or students

                 admitted to the Division of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering or to the

                 Division of Electronic & Computer Engineering may apply for a 토토 사이트 순위 of

                 토토 사이트 순위 after completing one semester.)

   B. MS students: Students who are in their first or second semester of study as of Spring

                   2011

   C. PhD/Integrated degree students: 토토 사이트 순위 of major is disallowed.

3. Application Process

   A. Consult with the appropriate staff members of the current major department and of the intended major department before applying to 토토 사이트 순위 a major.

   B. Login to POVIS - Select Academic Affairs - Select Status 토토 사이트 순위/Application-Submit application for 토토 사이트 순위 of major

   C. Meet with your current academic advisor and department head for consultation.

   D. Meet with the head of the department to which you are changing your 토토 사이트 순위.

4. Further Information

   A. Students can check the status of their application on POVIS anytime and will be  notified of the result (approval or rejection) by e-mail and text messages.

   B. After submitting 토토 사이트 순위 of major requests, students must consult with their academic advisor and the heads of the two departments involved and keep checking the status of their application on POVIS.

      (If a faculty member is out of town and the approval process is delayed as a result, visit the department office and ask for help.)

   C. Note that if a student doesnt get to meet with the necessary faculty members after applying for a 토토 사이트 순위 of major, the application may not be processed.
