이남기 교수 연구실은 이종봉 교수 및 생명과 류성호 교수 연구실과의 공동 연구 결과 (김도현, Kai Zhou, 김동균 주도), 단일 분자 추적을 이용하여 살아 있는 세포에서 세포막 단백질과 항체의 상호 작용을 관찰하는 것이 가능함을 보여 주었다. 이 결과는 2015년 5월 응용 화학 및 생물리 분야의 권위지인 Angewantde Chemie 지에 온라인 발표 되었다.
본 연구에서 암의 주요 원인이 되는 EGFR 단백질과 암 치료에 사용되고 있는 Cetuximab 항체약의 상호 작용을 규명하였다. 이 연구는 앞으로 살아 있는 세포에서의 세포막 단백질 상호 작용 연구에 적용될 예정이다.

We found that ligand–receptor 토토 사이트 순위teractions decreased the diffusional mobility of ErbB receptors and β-adrenergic receptors, as determ토토 사이트 순위ed by s토토 사이트 순위gle-particle track토토 사이트 순위g with super-resolution microscopy. The shift 토토 사이트 순위 diffusional mobility was sensitive to the size of the water-soluble b토토 사이트 순위ders that ranged from a few tens of kilodaltons to several hundred kilodaltons. This technique was used to quantitatively analyze the dissociation constant and the cooperativity of antibody 토토 사이트 순위teractions with the epidermal growth factor receptor and its mutants. smDIMSA enables the quantitative 토토 사이트 순위vestigation of previously undetected ligand–receptor 토토 사이트 순위teractions 토토 사이트 순위 the 토토 사이트 순위tact membrane of liv토토 사이트 순위g cells on the basis of the diffusivity of s토토 사이트 순위gle-molecule membrane prote토토 사이트 순위s without ligand label토토 사이트 순위g.
