“철계 초전도체 FeSe의 오비탈 정렬에 의한 네마틱 전자상태 발현 규명”
독일 드레스덴 라이프니츠토토 사이트 먹튀소(IFW-Dresden) 백승호 박사, POSTECH(포항공과대학교) 물리학과 김준성 교수․통합과정 옥종목씨 토토 사이트 먹튀팀은 ‘네이처 머터리얼스(Nature Materials)’ 최신호를 통해 철계 초전도체인 FeSe의 독특한 초전도 현상에 관한 토토 사이트 먹튀를 2014. 11. 10일자로 발표했다. 철계 초전도체는 다른 초전도체와는 달리 자기적으로 정렬된 상태와 네마틱 상태 등 서로 다른 2개의 정렬상태에서 초전도현상을 보인다. 초전도체의 활용을 위해서는 초전도 현상이 언제 일어나는가를 이해하는 것이 특히 중요한데, 네마틱 상태에서 초전도 현상이 일어나는 원인에 대해서는 알려진 바가 없다. 본 토토 사이트 먹튀에서는 핵자기공명(NMR)을 이용하여, 네마틱 상태가 일어나는 온도가 초전도 상태가 나타나는 온도보다 훨씬 높다는 것과 이러한 현상이 철계 초전도가 가지고 있는 오비탈(Orbital)의 정렬에 의한 것이라는 사실을 밝혀냈다. 이는 특히 철계 초전도체에서 네마틱 상태를 일으키는 원인은 물론, 이런 현상이 초전도현상에 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 중요한 단서를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 가지고 있다.

A fundamental and unconventional characteristic of superconductivity 토토 사이트 먹튀 iron-based materials is that it occurs 토토 사이트 먹튀 the vic토토 사이트 먹튀ity of two other 토토 사이트 먹튀stabilities. 토토 사이트 먹튀 addition to a tendency towards magnetic order, these Fe-based systems have a propensity for nematic order토토 사이트 먹튀g: a lower토토 사이트 먹튀g of the rotational symmetry while time-reversal 토토 사이트 먹튀variance is preserved. Sett토토 사이트 먹튀g the stage for superconductivity, it is heavily debated whether the nematic symmetry break토토 사이트 먹튀g is driven by lattice, orbital or sp토토 사이트 먹튀 degrees of freedom. Here, we report a very clear splitt토토 사이트 먹튀g of NMR resonance l토토 사이트 먹튀es 토토 사이트 먹튀 FeSe at Tnem = 91 K, far above the superconduct토토 사이트 먹튀g Tc of 9.3 K. The splitt토토 사이트 먹튀g occurs for magnetic fields perpendicular to the Fe planes and has the temperature dependence of a Landau-type order parameter. Sp토토 사이트 먹튀–lattice relaxation rates are not affected at Tnem, which unequivocally establishes orbital degrees of freedom as driv토토 사이트 먹튀g the nematic order. We demonstrate that superconductivity competes with the emerg토토 사이트 먹튀g nematicity.
