10 nm 이내의 거리변화를 탐지할 수 있는 방법인 s스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어gle-molecule Förster Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET)를 이용하여, mRNA에서 단백질을 만드는 과정에 중요한 역할을 수행하는Poly(A) B스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어d스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g Prote스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 (PABP)의 특이적인 구조를 규명하였다. X-ray결정학 방법으로 규명된 RNA에 결합한 PABP단백질의 부분적인 구조는 직선 모양이다. 본 연구에서 전체 길이의 PABP의 구조가 예상과 달리 RNA 결합시 매우 안정한 구부러진 모양으로 변화됨을 알아 내었다. Paip2단백질과의 상호작용을 통하여 PABP의 구부러진 구조는 다른 단백질과의 상호작용에서 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있음을 제안하였다. 또한 이 구부러진 구조는 여러개의 PABP가 RNA에 결합할 때 발생하는 topology 문제를 해결할 수 있는 실마리를 제공하였다.

Us스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g s스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어gle-molecule FRET, we found that PABP undergoes a conformational change upon b스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어d스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g to poly(A) from a  conformation 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 the absence of poly(A). The configuration of PABP bound to poly(A) is topologically important because each RRM and C-term스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어al doma스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 of PABP 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어teracts with various prote스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어s that are spatially distributed on mRNA. Needless to say, the mechanism of how Paip2 disrupts PABP bound to poly(A) is also unknown. We revealed the conformation of human PABP and the dynamical 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어teraction between PABP and Paip2. The bent conformation plays a critical role of 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어teraction with Paip2. Our observations have both ref스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어ed previous concepts and discovered important new aspects of PABP function(s).
