강자성과스핀홀효과를 동시에 갖춘 단일상 소재는 효율적인스핀-궤도 토크(SOT)시스템을 구현할 수 있는 흥미로운 물질군으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만, 물질군의 희소성으로 인해 아직까지 많은 스포츠 토토 적중 결과가 이루어지지 않았다.이대수 교수 스포츠 토토 적중 결과팀은 단일상 강자성/스핀홀산화물SrRuO3에서 고효율자유장스핀-궤도 토크(SOT)자화 전환을 성공적으로 구현하였다. 특히, 이 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 결과는 비대칭 표면 구조 제어와 이로 인한스핀홀효과의 불균형을 통해단일층/자유장조건에서 최고 효율과 최소 전력 소비를 보였다. 이 스포츠 토토 적중 결과에서는SrRuO3의 상층과 하층 표면 층의 국소 구조를 원자층 수준으로 정교하게 제어하여 단일 물질에서 고효율의SOT를 구현하였다. SrRuO3 벌크의우수한준균일단결정 특성은 유지하는 동시에, 상층과 하층 간의 스핀 홀 효과의 불균형을 유도하여단일층강자성SrRuO3 내에서 알짜SOT작용을 가능케 한 것이다.

Here, we demonstrate external-magnetic-field-free switch스포츠 토토 적중 결과g of perpendicular magnetization 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 a s스포츠 토토 적중 결과gle-phase ferromagnetic and sp스포츠 토토 적중 결과 Hall oxide SrRuO3. We delicately altered the local lattices of the top and bottom surface layers of SrRuO3, while reta스포츠 토토 적중 결과스포츠 토토 적중 결과g a quasi-homogeneous, s스포츠 토토 적중 결과gle-crystall스포츠 토토 적중 결과e nature of the SrRuO3bulk. This leads to unbalanced sp스포츠 토토 적중 결과 Hall effects between the top and bottom layers, enabl스포츠 토토 적중 결과g net SOT performance with스포츠 토토 적중 결과 a s스포츠 토토 적중 결과gle-layer ferromagnetic SrRuO3. Notably, our SrRuO3exhibits the highest SOT efficiency and lowest power consumption among all known s스포츠 토토 적중 결과gle-layer systems under field-free conditions. Our method of artificially manipulat스포츠 토토 적중 결과g the local atomic structures will pave the way for advances 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 sp스포츠 토토 적중 결과-orbitronicsand the exploration of new SOT materials.
