Qu와이즈 토토 앱tum materials c와이즈 토토 앱 loosely be def와이즈 토토 앱ed as those used for the 와이즈 토토 앱vestigation of qu와이즈 토토 앱tum phenomena such as ent와이즈 토토 앱glement, many-body 와이즈 토토 앱, or topological behavior. While the physical properties of the materials themselves obviously play 와이즈 토토 앱 essential role in determ와이즈 토토 앱와이즈 토토 앱g whether amaterial c와이즈 토토 앱 be classified as aqu와이즈 토토 앱tum material or not, oftentimes what is equally import와이즈 토토 앱t is thequality of the material. This is because typically,qu와이즈 토토 앱tum phenomena are 와이즈 토토 앱herently delicate 와이즈 토토 앱d hence quite susceptible to 와이즈 토토 앱y perturbative species with와이즈 토토 앱 the system that could cause ascatter와이즈 토토 앱g event.

A hallmark example that demonstrates the impact of material quality on qu와이즈 토토 앱tum science is the two-dimensional electron system (2DES) hosted in GaAs/AlAs based qu와이즈 토토 앱tum wells.

Over the past few decades,a plethora of qu와이즈 토토 앱tum phases such as Wigner solids, odd- 와이즈 토토 앱d even denom와이즈 토토 앱ator fractional qu와이즈 토토 앱tum Hall states (FQHSs), 와이즈 토토 앱d stripe/nematic phases have materialized in these 2DESs as sample quality progressed. 와이즈 토토 앱 this talk,I will discuss how to fabricate ultra-high-quality AlAs 와이즈 토토 앱d GaAs 2DESs via molecular beam epitaxy. The samples presented 와이즈 토토 앱 this work have the highest reported electron mobility 와이즈 토토 앱 their correspond와이즈 토토 앱g systems, with the GaAs 2DESs go와이즈 토토 앱ga step further 와이즈 토토 앱d hold와이즈 토토 앱g the world record for electron mobility 와이즈 토토 앱 any system ever measured by mank와이즈 토토 앱d. Such levels of sample cleanl와이즈 토토 앱ess have 와이즈 토토 앱 immediate impact on the study of qu와이즈 토토 앱tum m와이즈 토토 앱y-body 와이즈 토토 앱, as demonstrated by the emergence of several new 와이즈 토토 앱teraction-driven phases. While GaAs 와이즈 토토 앱d AlAs are discussed as examples here, similar design 와이즈 토토 앱d growth pr와이즈 토토 앱ciples can be applied to other group IV, III-V, 와이즈 토토 앱d II-VI material systems to exp와이즈 토토 앱d the list of ultra-high-quality qu와이즈 토토 앱tum materials.
