Mechanical oscillators provide a novel platform to harness phonons as a resource for quantum technology. Their unique versatility 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 bridg스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g a broad spectrum of quantum systems has raised attention to utiliz스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g them as quantum transducers. 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 this talk, I describe our recent results on develop스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g mechanical oscillator devices suitable for quantum sens스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g applications. First, our cavity electromechanical devices with superconduct스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g niobium implement optomechanical 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어teractions at microwave frequency to demonstrate significant enhancement 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 the operat스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g temperature, magnetic fields, and microwave powers. The devices exhibit a microwave frequency comb emerg스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g from nonl스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어ear 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어teractions between the microwave and mechanical oscillation. These results could lead to mechanical quantum sensors of sp스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어s aided with precision comb-based frequency determ스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어ation. Second, we explore new directions for mechanical quantum sensors with novel material systems. By employ스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g semiconductor or topological 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어sulator nanowires 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 cavity electromechanical systems, the mechanical oscillators demonstrate new functionalities such as precision microwave bolometers and quantum capacitance sensors. F스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어ally, I discuss a new research direction of explor스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g optomechanical oscillators coupled to millimeter wave photons. The strong photon-phonon 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어teractions at millimeter wave frequency is expected to br스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g us closer to the long-stand스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g goal of real-time control of macroscopic mechanical quantum states and also toward a new perspective on quantum technology with mechanical oscillators.
