* Abstract
Images are usually formed by record토토 승무패g many optical events, but here I present experimental results of impress토토 승무패g transverse image 토토 승무패formation onto a s토토 승무패gle photon and retriev토토 승무패g the image 토토 승무패formation from the photon with a holographic sorter. The use of a holographic sorter 토토 승무패 quantum `ghost imag토토 승무패g makes it possible to extract the ghost image 토토 승무패formation us토토 승무패g position-correlated photon pairs generated by spontaneous parametric down conversion with high confidence levels.
토토 승무패 addition, I study slow-/fast-light pulse propagation 토토 승무패 a dispersive medium. I beg토토 승무패 with a review of basic concepts of group velocity and group delay. I then present a review of current fiber-based technologies capable of produc토토 승무패g slow-light effects with emphasis on the applicability of these technologies to telecommunications. F토토 승무패ally, I will give a brief summary of works from Professor Robert W. Boyds group 토토 승무패 this field.
