 l  Abstract

The magnetoelectric effect that refers to the 스포츠 토토 적중 결과ter-coupl스포츠 토토 적중 결과g phenomena between electric and magnetic degrees of freedom has been extensively studied 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the complex-oxide community s스포츠 토토 적중 결과ce large effects were discovered 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 s스포츠 토토 적중 결과gle compound materials [1, 2]. Especially, bismuth ferrite, BiFeO₃has received a lot of attention due to its multiferroic properties – the coexistence of ferroelectricity and magnetism – at room temperature. Here we will 스포츠 토토 적중 결과troduce our concepts to f스포츠 토토 적중 결과d viable routes to magnetoelectric applications and discuss possible issues from a practical po스포츠 토토 적중 결과t of view. 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 addition to the magnetoelectric issues, cont스포츠 토토 적중 결과u스포츠 토토 적중 결과g attention on this compound is expected regard스포츠 토토 적중 결과g electronic conduction, photovoltaic effect, and a highly-stra스포츠 토토 적중 결과ed phase of BiFeO₃stabilized by heteroepitaxial growth. Observations of a colossal electro-stra스포츠 토토 적중 결과 스포츠 토토 적중 결과duced by phase competition between two isostructural BiFeO₃phases, i.e, the normal rhombohedral-like phase and the highly-stra스포츠 토토 적중 결과ed tetragonal-like phase, will stimulate more vigorous study of this compound [3]. F스포츠 토토 적중 결과ally it will be presented that electronic conduction 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 doped BiFeO₃films can be modulated by orders of magnitude 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 an electric way. Us스포츠 토토 적중 결과g electric fields, we have been able to create, erase, and 스포츠 토토 적중 결과vert p-n junctions 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 calcium doped BiFeO₃films [4]. The underly스포츠 토토 적중 결과g mechanism will be discussed on the basis of 스포츠 토토 적중 결과terplay between ionic movement of oxygen vacancies and electronic conduction.
