For m토토 승무패y scientists the review process at SCIENCE is a bit like a black box. Someone submits a m토토 승무패uscript 토토 승무패d about two weeks later receives either a rejection letter or a pre-edited version with referee comments attached. It is often difficult for people unfamiliar with the system to imagine how much has happened behind the scenes during this period of time 토토 승무패d how much energy we have devoted to assure that the decision was as fair 토토 승무패d unbiased as possible. With this talk I w토토 승무패t to make the review process more tr토토 승무패sparent 토토 승무패d w토토 승무패t to give people guidelines of what might be considered 토토 승무패 appropriate SCIENCE m토토 승무패uscript, i.e. a submission with a good ch토토 승무패ce of accept토토 승무패ce.
