Abstract

The TOTEM Experiment will measure the total pp cross-section with the luminosity-independent
method and study elastic and diffractive scattering at the LHC.야구 토토To야구 토토achieve야구 토토optimum야구 토토forward
coverage for charged particles emitted by the pp collisions in야구 토토the야구 토토interaction야구 토토point야구 토토IP5,야구 토토two
tracking telescopes, T1 and야구 토토T2,야구 토토are야구 토토installed야구 토토on야구 토토each야구 토토side야구 토토in야구 토토the야구 토토pseudorapidity야구 토토region
3.1 ≤ |η| ≤ 6.5, and Roman Pot stations will be placed at distances of ±147 m and ±220 m
from IP5 at LHC. Being야구 토토an야구 토토independent야구 토토experiment야구 토토but야구 토토technically야구 토토integrated야구 토토into야구 토토CMS,
TOTEM will first operate in standalone mode to pursue its own physics programme and at야구 토토a
later stage together with CMS for a common physics programme.야구 토토This야구 토토communication야구 토토will
