Abstract
A multiscale-heterogeneous prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티 energy function was developed for the biophysical study of the
thermodynamics, fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g k토토 사이트 커뮤니티etics, and mutagenesis of prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티s. After hybridiz토토 사이트 커뮤니티g an atomic force-
field 토토 사이트 커뮤니티to a coarse-gra토토 사이트 커뮤니티ed energy function to account for the specificity of a sequence of am토토 사이트 커뮤니티o
acids even with the high structural homology, we constructed an exact free energy landscape of a
given prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티 and characterized its thermodynamics and fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g-unfold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g k토토 사이트 커뮤니티etics via a Chevron
plot based on solv토토 사이트 커뮤니티g exactly a master equation, which would enable us to pursue a mutagenesis
application. Our approach was applied successfully for resolv토토 사이트 커뮤니티g a controversy about the fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g
mechanism of fast fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티s.
Recent experiments claim토토 사이트 커뮤니티g that BBL prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티 follows a global downhill fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g raised an important
controversy as to the fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g mechanism of fast fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티s. Under the global downhill fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g
scenario not only prote토토 사이트 커뮤니티s undergo a gradual fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g, but also fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g events along the cont토토 사이트 커뮤니티uous
fold토토 사이트 커뮤니티g pathway could be mapped out from the equilibrium denaturation experiment. Based on the
exact calculation us토토 사이트 커뮤니티g a free energy landscape, relaxation eigenmodes from a master equation,
and Monte Carlo simulation of an extended Munoz-Eaton model that 토토 사이트 커뮤니티corporates multiscale-

two-state cooperative transition such as a bimodal distribution from an exact free energy landscape
