Abstract
Zinc oxide,토토 분석a direct wide band gap (3.37 eV)토토 분석semiconductor with large exciton토토 분석binding energy (60 meV) at room temperature,토토 분석has attracted a lot of interest in recent years due to its potential in applications in nanoscale electronics and optoelectronic devices.토토 분석This talk will discuss synthesis an properties of zinc oxide nanostructured films, nonoparticles, nanowires and its polymer composites and hetrojunctions. The nanostructured ZnO films have토토 분석been토토 분석deposited토토 분석using토토 분석rf-magnetron토토 분석sputtering토토 분석technique토토 분석whereas토토 분석the토토 분석ZnO nanowires have been synthesized by sol-gel technique.토토 분석ZnO토토 분석based토토 분석inorganic/organic hetrojunctions have been prepared using α -NPD and PEDOT: PSS p-type semiconducting organic토토 분석materials.토토 분석Nano토토 분석ZnO토토 분석polymer토토 분석composites토토 분석have토토 분석been synthesized using PANI and토토 분석PVA토토 분석polymers.토토 분석Optical토토 분석absorption토토 분석in토토 분석UV-visible토토 분석range, photoluminescence and second harmonic generation studies have been carried out for optical토토 분석characterization.토토 분석The band gap (obtained from optical absorption) and photoluminescence exciton토토 분석peak토토 분석of토토 분석ZnO토토 분석nanostructured토토 분석films토토 분석prepared토토 분석at토토 분석different substrate temperatures showed a토토 분석red토토 분석shift토토 분석which토토 분석can토토 분석not토토 분석be토토 분석fully토토 분석explained토토 분석in토토 분석the framework of size effect and has been attributed to the relaxation of the induced intrinsic compressive stress. Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods are grown on glass substrates토토 분석and these showed much enhanced second harmonic generation as compared to ZnO films.
