Abstract
  
    
Recently the study of novel heterointerfaces between complex oxides has been토토 분석attractive토토 분석because토토 분석of토토 분석its
peculiar physical properties at the interface which are not shown in bulk properties. In the heterointerfaces
of perovskites LaAlO3/SrTiO3 with a polarity discontinuity, the n-type metallic behavior had been measured
experimentally at the interface, contrary to insulating properties of two bulk materials.토토 분석I토토 분석will토토 분석introduce토토 분석our
previous results for the charge compensation mechanisms in the early stage of토토 분석this토토 분석field토토 분석and토토 분석also토토 분석briefly
overview some of the recent issues. Furthermore,토토 분석our recent study of the Fe3O4/ BaTiO3 interface,토토 분석where
the effects of the charge imbalance, the strain, and the oxygen vacancies are important, will be토토 분석presented.
For overcoming the energy crisis, such as the fossil fuels (oil, gas, coal) depletion and the global warming
by CO2, today, the renewable, alternative, and carbon-neutral energy systems are broadly토토 분석studied토토 분석in토토 분석the
world. Especially, the material-based research for토토 분석the energy토토 분석production,토토 분석storage,토토 분석and토토 분석conversion토토 분석are
very important. In the field of energy storage, as one of good candidates for hydrogen storage,토토 분석MgH2 has
been investigated, where the relevant defect species and their migration토토 분석barriers토토 분석have토토 분석been토토 분석determined.
In the field of energy conversion,토토 분석the thermoelectric p-type Bi토토 분석and토토 분석Sb토토 분석tellurides and토토 분석n-type토토 분석InGaZnO4
oxides are investigated by the calculations of Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity.
