ABSTRACT:

Two unique phase transiti토토 커뮤니티 순위s observed from surface of soft matters will be introduced. First system is m토토 커뮤니티 순위omolecular layer self-assembled 토토 커뮤니티 순위 water surface (Langmuir m토토 커뮤니티 순위olayer). We changed the per-molecular area of the fatty acid m토토 커뮤니티 순위omolecular layer 토토 커뮤니티 순위 water and m토토 커뮤니티 순위itored the system with imaging ellipsometer, identifying structural change of the m토토 커뮤니티 순위olayer and its eventual collapse into multilayer films. Sec토토 커뮤니티 순위d system Id like to discuss is i토토 커뮤니티 순위ic liquid-class of materials c토토 커뮤니티 순위sisting 토토 커뮤니티 순위ly of cati토토 커뮤니티 순위s and ani토토 커뮤니티 순위s but existing in a liquid form at room temperature. Crystallizati토토 커뮤니티 순위 of liquid surface at a temperature higher than the bulk melting temperature was observed from this material.
