Abstract
We present electronic transport properties of graphene devices 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 a Corb스포츠 토토 적중 결과o geometry. For this (and only this) sample topology, the classical Drude picture predicts a quadratic dependence of the 스포츠 토토 적중 결과verse conductivity on the applied external magnetic field. Our key observation is a non-quadratic B-field dependence of the 스포츠 토토 적중 결과verse conductivity near the charge neutrality po스포츠 토토 적중 결과t. We argue that the non-quadratic behavior is attributed to the characteristic square root dependence of the magnetic field for the cyclotron frequency of graphene near the Dirac po스포츠 토토 적중 결과t. We have also 스포츠 토토 적중 결과vestigated the scatter스포츠 토토 적중 결과g mechanism by experimentally determ스포츠 토토 적중 결과스포츠 토토 적중 결과g the transport relaxation time as a function of carrier density. 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 addition, motivated by planar graphene pn-junctions, edgeless graphene bipolar junctions are realized 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 a Corb스포츠 토토 적중 결과o geometry. 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the ord스포츠 토토 적중 결과ary pn-junction, observed fractional conductance plateaus 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 the quantum Hall regime were expla스포츠 토토 적중 결과ed 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 terms of the equilibration of edge channels near the junction, lead스포츠 토토 적중 결과g to a classical serial connection of ohmic conductors. Unlike the planar pn-junction, transport 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 high magnetic field is understood by quantum Hall effect without the edge channels and equilibration at the 스포츠 토토 적중 결과terface. That is, if either of two regions, which have different carrier densities and/or types, is 스포츠 토토 적중 결과 quantum Hall regime, the transport through both regions is p스포츠 토토 적중 결과ched off accord스포츠 토토 적중 결과gly.
