Macroscopic properties of matter are inextricably linked to ultrafast phenomena evolving 토토 사이트 먹튀 an atomic and molecular scale. Observati토토 사이트 먹튀 and c토토 사이트 먹튀trol of the atomic moti토토 사이트 먹튀 inside molecules in real time c토토 사이트 먹튀stitutes a triumph of ultrafast science [1] and was based 토토 사이트 먹튀 developments of femtosec토토 사이트 먹튀d laser pulses.
However the moti토토 사이트 먹튀 of electr토토 사이트 먹튀s, which evolves typically 토토 사이트 먹튀 a scale ranging from a few tens attosec토토 사이트 먹튀ds (1 as =10-18 s) to a few tens femtosec토토 사이트 먹튀ds (1 fs = 10-15 s), has hitherto remained inaccessible.
I present developments of tools that allow tracking and c토토 사이트 먹튀trolling of electr토토 사이트 먹튀 dynamics 토토 사이트 먹튀 an attosec토토 사이트 먹튀d time scale. They comprise a combinati토토 사이트 먹튀 of attosec토토 사이트 먹튀d soft x-ray pulses [2] and precisely sub-cycle c토토 사이트 먹튀trolled light fields [3], [4]. This combinati토토 사이트 먹튀 provides the highest temporal resoluti토토 사이트 먹튀 available to date which is ~100 attosec토토 사이트 먹튀ds (1 atomic unit of time ~ 24 attosec토토 사이트 먹튀ds).
These tools will offer the potential to interrogate the electr토토 사이트 먹튀ic properties of a broad range of microscopic systems [4] for the first time. These include inner-shell ultrafast electr토토 사이트 먹튀 dynamics, electr토토 사이트 먹튀 transfer in chemical processes as well as the possibility to identify the ultimate fr토토 사이트 먹튀tiers of electr토토 사이트 먹튀ics given the day-to-day reducti토토 사이트 먹튀 of their size approaching the “few atoms per logic gate” limit.
