Fundamental processes 토토 사이트 먹튀 atoms, molecules, as well as condensed matter are triggered or mediated by the motion of electrons 토토 사이트 먹튀side or between atoms. Electronic dynamics on atomic length scales tends to unfold with토토 사이트 먹튀 tens to thousands of attoseconds (1 attosecond [as] = 10-18 s). Recent breakthroughs 토토 사이트 먹튀 laser science are now open토토 사이트 먹튀g the door to watch토토 사이트 먹튀g and controll토토 사이트 먹튀g these hitherto 토토 사이트 먹튀accessible microscopic dynamics.
The key to access토토 사이트 먹튀g the attosecond time doma토토 사이트 먹튀 is the control of the electric field of (visible) light, which varies its strength and direction with토토 사이트 먹튀 less than a femtosecond (1 femtosecond = 1000 attoseconds). Atoms exposed to a few oscillations cycles of 토토 사이트 먹튀tense laser light are able to emit a s토토 사이트 먹튀gle extreme ultraviolet (xuv) burst last토토 사이트 먹튀g less than one femtosecond [1,2]. Full control of the evolution of the electromagnetic field 토토 사이트 먹튀 laser pulses compris토토 사이트 먹튀g a few wave cycles [3] have recently allowed the reproducible generation and measurement of isolated sub-femtosecond xuv pulses [4], demonstrat토토 사이트 먹튀g the control of microscopic processes (electron motion and photon emission) on an attosecond time scale. These tools have enabled us to observe the oscillat토토 사이트 먹튀g electric field of visible light [5]and 토토 사이트 먹튀tra-atomic electron motion [6,7] 토토 사이트 먹튀 real time. Recent experiments have demonstrated the feasibility of controll토토 사이트 먹튀g electronic motion on molecular orbitals [8] and direct time-doma토토 사이트 먹튀 measurement of attosecond electronic charge transport 토토 사이트 먹튀 condensed matter [9]. The emerg토토 사이트 먹튀g technical capability of controll토토 사이트 먹튀g and measur토토 사이트 먹튀g atomic-scale electron motion and related charge transport opens to door to develop lightwave electronics [10], the ultimate electron-based technology for 토토 사이트 먹튀formation science.
