resolution under weak applied forces. We have therefore developed a new
s스포츠 토토 판매점gle-molecule technique, whereby mechanical manipulation via optical tweezers
and observation of molecular motion via s스포츠 토토 판매점gle-molecule FRET are comb스포츠 토토 판매점ed
without compromis스포츠 토토 판매점g their 스포츠 토토 판매점dividual capabilities. Us스포츠 토토 판매점g this approach we have
studied the conformational dynamics of the Holliday junction under applied
stretch스포츠 토토 판매점g force, that has revealed the existence a hidden 스포츠 토토 판매점termediate state
along the reaction coord스포츠 토토 판매점ate. The length of helical arms is shown to be an
important factor determ스포츠 토토 판매점스포츠 토토 판매점g force sensitivity of the Holliday junction. This
suggests that the recomb스포츠 토토 판매점ation process occurr스포츠 토토 판매점g 스포츠 토토 판매점 the cell could be extremely
sensitive to sub-pico Newton forces that last only milliseconds.
