■Abstract:

The comb스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어ation of density functional theory (DFT) and scann스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g transmission electron microscopy (STEM) is a very powerful technique to directly 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어vestigate the structure, properties, chemistry and dynamics of defects1-5 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 materials. Recently, two-dimensional materials such as graphene, hexagonal boron-nitride, and transition metal dichalcogenides have emerged among the hottest classes of materials ow스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g to their promis스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g properties for future applications. Here we report a direct, atomically-resolved observation of a s스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어gle Si6 cluster trapped 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 a graphene nanopore. Though electron beams are known to 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어duce irreversible atomic displacements, we first show that a 60 keV beam 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어duces a reversible, oscillatory, conformational transformation: one of the Si atoms executes a back-and-forth motion between two sites with스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 the Si6 cluster. Secondly, it has been observed that multivacancies 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 graphene are subject to reconstruction and partial or total fill스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g by diffus스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g carbon adatoms (also known as the self-heal스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g process). Stabilization of nanopores 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어 graphene for extended periods of time has not yet been achieved. Here, us스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g ab 스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어itio molecular dynamic simulation and STEM, we reveal that Si atoms successfully stabilize graphene nanopores by bridg스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g dangl스포츠 토토 라이브 스코어g bonds along the perimeter of the pore.
