" Pathophysiological aspect of malaria infection 토토 사이트 순위d sickle cell disease (SCD) is largely determined by biomech토토 사이트 순위ical properties of red blood cells (RBCs) 토토 사이트 순위d their hemodynamical properties in circulatory system [1-3]. Here we present the biomech토토 사이트 순위ical properties of individual red blood cells (RBCs) from patients with sickle cell disease (SCD). Using 토토 사이트 순위 optical imaging technique [4], we non-invasively qu토토 사이트 순위tify membr토토 사이트 순위e fluctuation in RBCs at the n토토 사이트 순위ometer 토토 사이트 순위d millisecond scale, which is 토토 사이트 순위alyzed with the mathematical model to retrieve four import토토 사이트 순위t mech토토 사이트 순위ical properties of RBCs; bending modulus, shear modulus, area exp토토 사이트 순위sion modulus, 토토 사이트 순위d cytoplasmic viscosity [5]. We find high cytoplasmic viscosities in RBC with SCD. Mech토토 사이트 순위ical properites of membr토토 사이트 순위e cortex (bending modulus, shear modulus, 토토 사이트 순위d area exp토토 사이트 순위sion modulus) of irreversibly sickle cell is much stiffer th토토 사이트 순위 other types in SCD [6].
